This past year, I have shot portraits, landscapes, and still lives. I have also experimented with depth of field in order to make my photos more interesting. Overall, my favorite subject matter to shoot is a portrait. I think that photographs are able to convey so many emotions, and facts about the subject. Portraits are something that I would love to work more on, however I want to try to capture real emotion and feeling while playing with shadows and line instead of working with props and fashion. My goal in my photography, is to create well planned and eye pleasing photos that make the viewer feel something.
